We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

 

Refund & Return Policy

Since all proceeds from our store support our nonprofit programs (affordable housing, green spaces, and community gardens), we kindly ask that customers consider purchases as final. However, we understand that issues may arise.

We offer refunds or exchanges only under the following conditions:

• Item arrived damaged or defective

• Wrong item was shipped

If you experience one of these issues, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Include:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Photo proof (if applicable)

We will review your request and, if approved, provide a replacement or refund.
